Our services are designed to provide authentic and immersive experiences based on the concept of "Slow Tours." We work closely with local partners to occasionally offer third-party services such as accommodations and restaurant bookings, which may be arranged upon request.
Bookings can be made online via our website, through email, or over the phone. Payments can be made in-person or online, and we accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
Children are welcome on our tours, but parents must supervise them at all times. Pets may be allowed on certain tours; however, prior approval is required to ensure the comfort of all participants.
3. Booking and Payment Terms

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour, no-shows, or cancellations made on the day of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
If tours are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Liability Disclaimer
TerceiraTours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tours. We recommend that participants have personal travel insurance to cover such risks. While we strive to provide accurate tour details and itineraries, TerceiraTours reserves the right to make adjustments to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
6. User Responsibilities
Participants are expected to arrive on time and follow safety guidelines provided by the tour guide. Respect for the local environment, culture, and community is a key principle of our tours. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the tour experience or violates local laws.
